My name is Filip Djukic, and I am a professional football player and goalkeeper at Viborg FF. Alongside my career, I’ve chosen to study nutrition and dietetics, as I have a strong interest in health, performance, and optimizing the body both on and off the pitch with the goal of living a healthy and long life.

My approach to a healthy lifestyle is all about consistency and balance. It’s important to me that it’s something sustainable in the long term, both physically and mentally. Small, positive habits each day make a big difference over time.
