TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF
Some people think my morning routine is long and complicated. I don't. It's all about habit. There are many steps, but after so many years, it feels just as natural as brushing my teeth or breathing. I start my day with a shot of Kräuterblut. Then, I make my morning blend – a staple in my routine for almost 16 years. I adjust the recipe from time to time, but the base is always the same: flaxseed oil, fish oil, chlorella powder, and Okinawa calcium. Lately, I've also added a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a twist of black pepper. I gently mix everything with a little apple juice – and down it goes. After that, I have a bit of breakfast, usually overnight oats or toasted rye bread with cheese.
WHAT IS YOUR EVERYDAY ROUTINE?
It could be called 5-2. I live predominantly healthy every single day and go off the rails on the weekends. My indulgence is ice cream. Everything in moderation.
