Colon Complex is a fibre and botanical formulation. It combines different types of fibre with selected botanical ingredients, including psyllium husk, oat fibre, flaxseed, fennel, ginger, aloe vera and citrus pectin.
Psyllium husk is a fibre that absorbs water and increases volume, while the other ingredients are part of the overall formulation. It is intended for short-term or occasional use and should always be taken with sufficient fluid intake.
Recommended use: As a dietary supplement take one to two (1-2) capsules at bedtime with a large glass of water. Each bottle contains 90 capsules.
Colon Complex can be used as a 30-day program or taken occasionally as needed. It is not intended for continuous use beyond 30 days without a break or professional advice.
